I have had very lousy delivery service. I am not the only one, I have talked to others who also has had the same problem. If there was another Boone paper I would cancel and get it. This is Saturday evening at 6:00. I have called 3 times today only to be answered by a machine. I did not receive my Wednesday paper on Wednesday, I just received it today after I said on the call that I had not receive my Wednesday or Saturday paper, so they deliver my Wednesday paper today but not my Saturday paper. What does it take to get the service we pay for. Will I get my Saturday(today) paper before next week, I sure hope so.

I think the people i n charge in Boone need to be taught that customer service is very important if you want to keep a thriving business. But I guess most of them have been in this job so long they think they have it made and would not be replaced. Well when the paper goes under maybe then they will see they can be.

I love reading the Boone paper.. I live so far away and it keeps me in touch with everything. Thank you for that. I am from Boone and miss all of the neat things that goes on in the town. There is so much to tell about our town.
