Helped get my keys out of my locked car late at night on Good Friday when nobody else would answer their phones. Got to my place quickly and got my keys out even faster. Super nice and really came in clutch, highly recommend

After searching in vain for my lost car key for nearly 2 weeks, I’d had enough. On the recommendation of my stepdaughter, I called All Service Locksmith. Drew Robertson answered. I told him I’d lost my only car key and wondered if he could make me a new one. He said that he was on his way to work on a lock in Blowing Rock and would stop by on his way back to Boone. As promised, he pulled into my driveway at 10:40pm. It began to mist, but that did not deter him. I said, “You don’t have to do this in the rain, Mr. Robertson, you can come back on another day.” He said, “This is what I do!” And then, with the strong headlights from his van focused on my car’s passenger-side door, he knelt down in the cold, wet grass to remove the door’s upholstery and padding, to access the lock, explaining that the door lock provided the information needed to cut a blank key to fit the ignition. With this information, he climbed into the back of his van, to a well-lit table where, with power tools, intense concentration, and precision, he cut the contours in the blank key.
He tried it in the door lock and it worked. He tried it in the ignition and it worked. He carefully put all the padding and upholstery back on the passenger-side door. I thanked him and paid the bill, which was very reasonable for all that precision, time, and expertise. I said, “Drew, you’ve got to get some rest.” And he said, “This is what I do!” And at 1:07am Sept. 2, the All Service Locksmith drove off in his white van into the black night, surrounded by stardust.
I am so proud of my new car key that I wear it hanging from a shoestring around my neck. I’ve recommended the All Service Locksmith to all my friends, and I recommend him to anyone who wants to meet a 5-star person.

So I was trapped outside of my car because my key fob was broken and I didn't have my keys handy. He came quick for my key fob working and I was on my way. It was great service and he's a "one man - one truck" company for anyone out there. He can only do so much and he's a great person, super friendly and he deserves 10 outta 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

24/7? I have called every thirty minutes from 2:00 am to 7:00 am and not once has someone answered, I'm stranded.

Thank you so much for being on your toes when someone tried to hire you to access my company. I can't thank you enough!

Lost the only set of keys I had to my car. After hours spent searching to no avail, I called All Service. The guys hooked me up with three copies of the new key that worked perfectly in my locks and ignition. Great speedy and friendly service. I'd recommend to any of my friends who need locksmith services in the future and would definitely call again if I am ever in need.

Was out for a run at the greenway, and somewhere along the line my car key fell out of my pocket. AAA couldn't send someone who could program a new one, but Drew and James could! They were out to my car fast, got to work fast, and got me a new working key fast. They were also really cool, which is always a plus.

Was locked out of my car and he arrived like 2 seconds later and got my door unlocked in even less time. Very nice guy too.

This guy saved my life tonight it is 10 degrees tonight and my door would not open. i was lucky they were in the parking lot helping someone else and i asked if they knew why my door wouldn't open and they came over and fixed it in under 2 mins. if i ever need them to open a door or fix a lock I'm gonna call these guys. very nice people and they explained the problem to me and told me how i could fix it if it ever happened in the future. This guy totally saved my night. At walmart getting supplies for a romantic evening with the girlfriend and locked my keys in the jeep. I met the locksmith in walmart and he was more than happy to help us out. He unlocked the jeep in less than two minutes and was a delight to talk to. Call these guys before anyone else!

These guys are excellent. They were extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was having an awful day, locked out of my apartment and my car with a dead cell phone. Using my neighbor's phone I called up All Service Locksmith and they were at my apartment within five minutes fixing all my problems. Less than an hour later I had all my keys back. They had turned my awful day into a pretty damn good one. Quick, friendly, professional, efficient, YOU AREN'T GOING TO FIND A BETTER LOCKSMITH THAN THIS.

My fiance lost his car keys (his only set)! We went to the dealership, but they told us they couldn't help us with our year/model! and they gave us Drew's number. He arrived on a busy Friday eve, and even though it was a tricky/non-cooperative model, Drew persisted until he was able to make us a new transponder key. We were very thankful since our next option would be to put a new (expensive) computer system from the dealership in! He and his assistant were professional and knowledgeable. I asked for extra business cards with the intention of always referring All Service. Thank you!

Couldn't get the ignition switch to turn in my Jeep so I researched locksmiths in Boone and went with All Service Locksmith. Drew, the owner, immediately returned my phone call on a Sunday and responded within 20 minutes. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. He's the only locksmith I'll use from now on. Also, he's the only the only locksmith in Boone that can replace transponder keys (used in most modern vehicles) and does it at about half the price of a dealership
