The delivery people were nice and helpful with my mother. The office staff was not cooperative when mother went back into the hospital and rehab about supplying oxygen equipment when she returned home a month and a half later. It seemed that it was an inconvien to bring back the supplies.

WOW! These are the best people we have ever encountered. We had the pleasure of working with the Boone Drugs on Deerfield and I can tell you that they are the kindest, most considerate people we have ever met. We were visiting the mountains of NC over the holidays and our vacation home caught on fire with our precious Pup in the home. We needed prescriptions and other things to make the difficult journey back to Texas and the staff and owners went way beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They are a Godsend! True angels! We had gone to a national drugstore and they were not concerned and said to take our prescriptions somewhere else, they didn't have one of the drugs. Well, Boone Drugs did not have it at that store, but the Corey Furman got in his car and drove around to find it. Every person in that store went beyond customer service and made us feel like we were part of the family. I would drive hours to give them our business and when we retire in the area, they will be our only Drugstore. Excellent people with hearts full of love!

I have been a customer of Foscoe Pharmacy for over 15-20 years. The people there are so nice and informed, and go out of their way to help. I was shocked and mad as hell to learn you were closing this location. I know you have to make business decisions based on your needs, but you must also try to meet the needs of your customers. Closing Foscoe leaves us with no drug store except Rite-Aid and no ones goes there. My family as well as others have used your drug store as opposed to the big chains even though you were more expensive due to not being preferred with all the drug insurers. Now our thanks is you close our store. At least you are taking care of the loyal employees, but if I have to go to Boone for medicine, I expect it will not be with Boone Drug.
