Formerly known as Watauga Nursing Center and most recently as Glenstone Health Care, we are building a bridge to our future with a new name, new facility and new services.

Mostly an alright nursing home, but has a problem with CNA staffing. Not enough help for all residents at all times, sometimes a long wait to get to the bathroom. Seems to be a high turnover rate of CNA's too. Overall, mostly clean, has a nice staff, good nurses but leaves some to be desired at times.
