Provided by YP.comIf I could give no stars, that would be it. In the last eight months, they have delivered my packages to another address. The postmaster and supervisor are rude and very unprofessional. They offer no assistance in resolving the issue. In their minds, it is not their problem.

Provided by YP.comBuying envelopes from the post office is quite the hassle purchased envelope from the post office was charged twice for the same stupid envelope not to mention the hassle with trying to keep it from occurring they forgot to stamp it when purchased didn't bother to mention that one be wary of this rip off ally!

Provided by YP.comLong, slow lines and unnecessarily rude, unhelpful associates. Of all the places I have lived, this post office has the worst customer service. The last time I had to ship something, the 3 cashiers were each making their customers re-pack their items and being quite rude about it. I wish they would install self-help kiosk here.

Provided by YP.comWorse service there is, in 10 years they haven't delivered to the right apartment once despite calling several times. On one call I talked to a lady that actually told me they don't make mistakes(when asking why I hadn't gotten mail for 2 weeks). I found out 2 weeks later that they had decided I didn't live there.

Provided by YP.comThere has been a GREAT improvement at this Post Office since a change in management - Customers are more appreciative, the employees seems to be more helpful and happy, and the wait time in line isn't long at all...I recommend this place 100%

Provided by YP.comAbsolutely the worst post office I have ever been to, received the worst customer service I have been exposed to in my life. I am absolutely blown away by the amount of times I had to try to reach them by phone, which was in vain. After going to the physical location, I was concerned that my calls were not answered and by the fact that I had to wait for almost half an hour to speak with a supervisor, and during this wait questioned one of the employees, in a calm tone, if the supervisor was in fact on the phone or had not heard that she was being paged. After overhearing this, another employee, by the name of Bobby Watson, completely stopped what he was doing with another customer to verbally attack me, saying that I was calling the first employee a "liar" and that he "would not stand for that". He continued to say that if I needed their help I would work on their time, which is by far the slowest I have ever received. No apology was given, and once the supervisor had finally come to speak to me I related the problem to her and she was the least bit concerned, stating that he was "one of the friendliest employees". I am glad that elderly employees such as Bobby Watson are soon to be out of the work force, given that they are disrespectful and do not hold themselves to a high enough work standard to please even the most calm and collected customers such as myself.
