Took my daughter's sports pictures where I had purchased a package and a magnet as an add-on and after receiving them I noticed part of my daughter's arm was cropped off on the magnet and mine was smaller than another player's magnet where it wasn't on the package I had ordered. After contacting him via his facebook business page he asked that I call him which was a little odd to me, but I instead gave him my number so he could contact me. Well...a week went by where I didn't hear from him. He finally called me back and had the nerve to tell me he knew whose magnet I had, which there's no way to tell who it belonged to since you can't see a face in my comparison, and that sometimes he'll throw in free stuff or do a better job if he knows the person. Who does that?? And who says that to another paying customer? He refused to redo my magnet. And during our conversation he mentions that his magnets are 3.5x5 inches in size so I decided to measure mine just to see if indeed mine was the correct size. It is not!! And that's why my daughter's arm was cropped off. He refuses to fix this. He is rude and very unprofessional.
