My husband and I bought a truck from Tyler Ford last month. At the time we were told that it had no warranty but their mechanic had went over it and the salesman named Bruce said he wouldnt sale it if it wasn't in good working order. We have not even made a payment on it,when we had to have 1365.00 done to the front end, the bearings and the four wheeled drive. The told me that there was NO way they didn't know the issues this truck had! We contacted Bruce but if course he is NOT answering His phone! Do NOT buy anything from this car lot! They have a smallnlot in Greenwood, beware! Stay away from them if you don't want taken!!! I'm trying to spread the word about how sorry they are. Staci Fortson

They went out of their way to scam a POW on meds out of his truck by about 5k+. Sorry but the trust level just isn't there with this place, avoid it if you can.

Friendly and easy car buying!

I purchased a vehicle from Tyler Ford last month and it was the best car buying experience I've had! I went to one of their sales events and the way they did business was great. Not that I like to admit it but due to the economy my credit has took a few hits not bad credit but decent...that being said I needed a new car w/less miles and less maintenance. So instead of walking around the lot for hours looking at everything, they looked at my credit first and got me financed then showed me the cars that I could afford and that fit my families needs. This made it so much less stressful and definitely less pushy. I was in and out of there in less then 2 hours...2 hours I couldn't believe it!! So as the title of this Tyler Ford was friendly and easy! I'll for sure be coming back!
