This post office is awful rude nasty and yells at you! Had our mail put on hold and they deliver it we had wet mail. The day we got home and the mail was to start back up they held it that day we called and found out they never put it on hold.So why hold it the day we wanted it started back up. If you are having trouble with this post office or that nasty Ken you need to call 501-228-4283 you will be on hold for a very long time it was close to a hr. but they called us the next day.Worth it to wait !!!!

Awesome postmaster, awesome workers, awesome post office They're super helpful, even if you show up one minute before closing.

I have lived in several cities and have always had a wonderful, helpful, and kind experience with every one. But this one in Booneville, AR is a different story.... When i call they are always uninformative and just rude, not sure why.... but i would really like to see some better quality service from these people. maybe get some training from the other post offices or something.
