They came to our house only to say they wouldn't drive over our field to get to the septic tank. They charged us $120 when they didn't do anything! They never said anything about a fee for not pumping before. They've driven over the field in the past! Not using this company again.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE customer service. The false and inaccurate information that was given to us was completely unnecessary. Our inspection was not completed on the day it was scheduled and Tri County never notified us, but instead took it upon themselves to schedule another appointment for the following week to dig up the yard resulting in fees more than double what we were originally quoted. Again, with no mention that this needed to be done. We were only aware that the inspection was not done when we called the following week to obtain the reports. The employees at Tri County continuously told us lies about what was going on, trying to put the blame on the seller. They took no responsibility for their inaccuracies and never once apologized to me for the immense inconvenience this has caused. We sent multiple emails and left voice message with no response or returned call, however they were still planning to go dig up the yard. I would NEVER recommend this company!

I had a well pump installed on 7/30/14 at 20042 Benevola church Rd. in Boonsboro. The mechanic was Jeff. I just wanted you to know he was first class. He did just what I wanted done. He explained all the options and made suggestions. I have experience with well work and I'm a elevator mechanic (retired). He was a good trouble shooter and a very good workman. If I owned a business I would have him working for me. Outstanding pro. Thanks, John Gick

I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years and Tri County Pump Service is the best plumbing service I have ever used. Daniel is very competent and their rates are reasonable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem that had me mystified.

Professional, honest, clean, and prompt: Our well, pump, and tank were giving signals of giving out, and we expected the worst. Tri-County promptly sent two technicians (who arrived when promised), who did a thorough diagnosis of the entire system, quickly found electrical and tank problems, and had the entire system up and running within three hours. It was a rainy day, but there was no tracked mud, the floor where they replaced the water tank was cleaner than it had been in years, their estimate beforehand was about half what I had anticipated, and they came in even lower than that! They used commercial-grade replacement parts, explained exactly what they were doing, and did it. What started as an anxious nightmare (there's a bed-ridden invalid in the house, and well services have the worst reputation for rip-offs) ended with a huge sigh of relief and a feeling of confidence that next time we have any problems, there's someone trustworthy to call. Can't say enough good things!

After a rip-off attempt from a competitor, these guys were an incredible contrast. Earnest, hard working, timely, and inexpensive. They literally saved me and my family more than $5,000 vs. quotes from others and restored water to our home in less than 24 hours.Highly, highly recommended.
