Terrible experience with Best Friends. Groomer shaved our dog too close and ended up giving our dog a rash in his "private area" that got infected. I ended having to go to vet and got hit with $150 worth of vet bills. Best Friends refused to cover the vet bills. Would never go there again and would not trust them to groom my dog.

I brought my dog to Kim (the owner) based on a review I read on YellowPages.com. What a great experience! Kim was friendly to me, great with my dog and did an outstanding job grooming her. We are under construction at home and my Maltese was really a matty, dirty mess. After a few hours at Best Friends, my dog looked, smelled and felt wonderful. I highly recommend this groomer. I'll be taking my dog back to Kim again!
