As a contractor there a few things that I must use other companies to do. Oil tank testing and removals is one of them. Norroc is the only environmental firm that I would recommend not only to contractors but homeowner's alike. They are a professional company who are on time and on budget!

When my underground oil tank appeared to be leaking, I was in a panic! I made calls to several environmental firms who gave me prices over the phone. Norroc was the only company that sent a representative to my home to see exactly what was wrong and what would be my best course of action. During the inspection I was treated professionally and was told about each step of the process from the qoute to final paperwork that the NJDEP will need. Norroc's representative said that even if they did not get the job, I should know what to expect to make an informed choice. I was given a real education on my oil tank problem. I recieved a written qoute that included both the removal of my old tank and the installation of my new tank. There was also a section of the qoute for the removal of soil if the tank had leaked. Norroc arrived on time and removed my old underground oil tank, which thankfully was not leaking and installed my new outside tank in one day! They even had the local inspectors there on time to approve all of this. My experience with Norroc was nothing less than fantastic,they were professional from the first phone call till the last paperwork was done! I can not recommend them enough, while its no fun to have problems like this, they will guide you through the procces with honesty and professionalism!
