Cannot speak for ancient history, but today they are outstanding. I moved into the area five years ago and this is my place. I order 2-3 times a month. Great food, friendly staff and gorgeous counter help.

Used to be good

Two years ago I would have said Pasquales was the best pizza in the area. We'd order from here even though it was a 20 minute drive and we had a half a dozen pizza places that were closer.

I don't know if they changed owners or recipe or ingredients or all 3, but something has changed and not for the better. The pizza is now just plain tasteless, reminding me of Dominos.

Service was never the fastest here and the other dishes were mediocre, but we put up with that because the pizza was so good. Not anymore.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, BAD FOOD

They call themselves a family owned business and if I were part of that family I would have run away. When my food was delivered it tasted as if it had gone bad. Everyone in my office was ill by the smell itself. I returned my food and spoke to the woman at the counter she told me that if I didn't like the food it was too bad. I have NEVER heard such a thing! I told her I thought the food might be going bad (the ham stunk as if it had been left out too long) I was told if I didn't like it I didn't have to eat there anymore. I was horrified! I asked the owner to taste the food and see for himself, he replied "I don't have to taste it I've been making it the same way for years". I simply wanted him to taste the food because I was pretty sure it had gone bad and he out right refused. I would think the owner would stand by his food and prove to the customer that it wasn't bad by tasting it. I guess that proved to me he was too afraid I was right and that is why he didn't taste his own food. What does that say about a food establishment if the owner refuses to taste his own food? I am over 50 years old and have been eating out for many years and have NEVER had such treatment.

How can a business treat people like that and still call themselves "family owned". I can tell you this, I would die of starvation before I would ever eat there again.
