Provided by YPmobileMade an appointment for my mom a month ago was on phone about 20 minutes scheduling. When I got her there no one new anything about her appointment or her. Lady at front desk seemed to not car said she would get back with us. After she took several phone calls she finally approached us and was rude to me! #Not Professional
