There were many reasons why Rolling Glen Apt.'s caught my eye. The scenery, privacy, pool, gym, and the privilege of having pets were mainly the reasons why we chose there plus they advertised a good deal for a two bedroom apt. Unfortunately, it did not take long before we began to have some serious problems with not only the apt. but management too. Over a course of a year, the apt. had some mold issues as well multiple instances where the water heater would break due to the inexperienced maintenance employees service to it. I had flooded carpets, mold growing through the paint and carpets, and cracks in the ceiling where water was accumulating from the upstairs apt's busted water heater leak. At one point, one of the maintenance employees tried to get rid of the mold growing on the carpet with a bottle of resolve and some cold water which is not how you handle mold. Management was no better with their lack of concern or consideration for the problems we were faced with in the apt.



If you are still considering renting from this place, take a second look around. The apt.'s are falling apart, the streets have huge pot holes that continue to grow bigger, there is pet droppings everywhere, and the tennis court area is completely recked. It's ashame because with the right set of employees that actually cared, Rolling Glen could be a real nice place to live...
