Jacks pool service installed a pool pump for me in 2022 and when I asked them to come out and take a look at something they attempted to charge me $100. Other companies I know of don’t charge anything to take a look at something they installed (it was a 30 second fix).

I asked them to install a pool heater in 2023 - they said they would be at my house in 2 weeks. The day they were supposed to come out and install it I was told (after calls emails and texts when they didn’t show up) that they “weren’t going to take the project” because they have more important stuff to do.

If you want to be treated poorly and deal with an unprofessional and unreliable company, go with these guys.
