In regards to Matt. Rose city paving gave him three revised estimates. He did not know what he wanted first it was just touch up gravel and two and a half inches of asphalt on the whole driveway dated april 13. Then it was dig out apron way bring in 8 inches of gravel and three inches of asphalt for apron way put in coduet pipe and grade and pave rest of driveway dated april 21, the price changed since there was more work. Then we added a berm and resent. So unlike he stated we gave him three revised bids. Rose city paving tries to do a quality job at a fair price. We have been in business for 17 years and our strive is for making our customers happy.

I had an issue with the owner when it came to doing the job per code as required by law for the right of way portion of my driveway. John the owner would quote one price over the phone and then when the bid arrived it would reflect much higher price. When I called to inquire as to why the bid increased by some much. I was told that he no longer wanted my buisness because I was to hard to make happy? John then went on to state that he has been in buisness for over 17 years and that I should have no hard feelings. I guess I should have paid more attention to the reviews on the Oregon contractors board website. In my opinion Rose City Paving needs to improve on their customer service aspect of their buisness.
