This has to be the worse apartment complex in this town, they are rude and inconsiderate. their employee screwed up and i am being penalized for it. i was informed an apartment would be available over the weekend. not only did they never call me when i finally did talk to them i was told it had already been rented out after i already paid the deposit and another apartment would not be available for another 4 weeks. Not only are they screwing me out of an apartment and a security deposit they are now interfering with the process of me getting an apartment with a different complex.

Horrible staff that is incompetent for the job. Good luck dealing with them after you sign a contract. Apartments are old, dirty, and have mouse problems. The pool is gross (always closed during summer because residents have "adult fun" in it) , no public grills to make food on ( so good luck if you're on second floor). Always loud music and a bunch of stuff always happening (fire trucks and police always there). Definitely not a place for somebody with a family. If you do not like dealing with people who suck at their job, then Alexis Park isn't the place for you.

These apartments are expensive for the size.Also,they don't fix anything.I have been here 5 months & told them about 7 or 8 things that need to be fixed that are rather important but they have yet to fix any of it.Due to that I will be moving shortly.
