Very pleasant overall and don't take long

Our salesperson Corey Coleman was very knowledgeable and courteous with all the merchandise we looked over. Since I had an Ivan Smith credit card establish, check out only took a matter of 5 minutes. Thanks to everyone at Ashley Home Store for making our purchase so smooth!

Dee Davidson was amazing in helping us find the perfect love seat and couch combo. We wanted a certain color and style and she was able to deliver! She was well informed, kind and had all the information we needed; without being pushy or hovering. We enjoyed our experience and plan to be back in the near future for more furniture needs; we will be asking for Dee!

A true asset to the store

Brian is a great representative. He has been assisting us for a number of years and is the first one we ask for.

We went to almost every single furniture store in Shreveport/Bossier this last weekend and this Ashley store was the only one in which we weren't greeted at the door. In fact we walked around the entire store for at least twenty minutes and were not once approached by any of the staff even though there were clearly individuals who may or may not have been managers doing not much of anything. Several thousands dollars worth of furniture budget walked right out the front door and won't return. I could speculate as to why that happened but I'll just say the likelihood of us returning to this particular location at any point in the future are slim to none and slim just walked out.

Go in and ask for BJ or Patti to wait on you for furniture help. If you want account or service or financing help I recommend Vanessa. I have had each help me and they told me the man who runs the store is Michael Procell and that he will work hard to fix a problem or make a deal happen. I have not ever had a problem with my furniture or mattress or deliveries, so far, that is. I would very much recommend Ashley Furniture to any persons that want beautiful items and a lot of financing options and nice sales people.
