I’ve been training at Bossier Jiu-Jitsu for over two years and it’s had such a significantly positive impact on my health, my social life, my mood, and my family. The quality of instruction is excellent. The skills you learn are important and valuable. The owner and head instructor, Mike, is personable, friendly, professional, and fun. He’s got a team of knowledgeable instructors as well. The other students help out newcomers and each other. My whole family trains. We’ve made great friendships through the school as well. Come check it out, you’ll love it.
