DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING !! Long story short he ruined my wedding dress, and would not take responsibility for it, went to a more experienced dry cleaner/alterations and they knew exactly where I had went. Doesn't deserve one star.

I was planning a rather large wedding and was quite frazzled. I went to several tuxedo stores around town and the employees seemed rushed and aggravated that I was asking questions. I then went to Charskis. The manager sat down with me and answered every question I had. He was very knowledgable and I did't feel rushed. I felt like my business was appreciated. I recommend Charskis to anyone.

Excellent Customer service when they are open! I was told to pick my items up on a Saturday by 1pm and they never even bothered to open. Its now Monday morning and still no answer at the door or on the phone! Not reliable at all.
