Consider the Lilies

My order was placed online through the Teleflora website, which I previously used several times. Consider the Lilies delivered the flowers two days early - while the recipient was out of town - leaving on the front porch. When I found out, I contacted Teleflora. They could not have been nicer. They request a re-delivery on the correct day.



Consider the Lilies refused to re-deliver. Said they "did not deliver to that area." If not, why was the order filled by them in the first place?



Teleflora left a message informing me of Consider the Lilies' refusal to re-deliver on the correct day. I will be asking for a refund.



I cannot recommend Consider the Lilies. I would rather not award them any stars, but at least one is required in order to post review. 1 Star = "I Would Not Recommend."
