Provided by YP.comI have lived in Louisiana my entire life and I will say that this may be the worst "cajun" food I have ever had in my life. The gumbo tasted like Vienna sausage out of the can. Maybe that is the kind of sausage they decided to go with. The fried crawfish were obviously frozen and tasted like they had been frozen a bit too long. They weren't even recognizable as crawfish. They looked like little tiny pieces of fried batter. Their flavor was horrible. They tasted more like old clams than they did crawfish. The fried fish reminded me of childhood. The reason for this is that the flavor was very reminiscent of the fish sticks they served at my elementary school. VERY FISHY!!!. I don't mind a little fishy taste but my fried catfish shouldn't taste like that. Catfish is a very mild fish. It shouldn't taste like the underside of a fishing boat. VERY UNSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
