I bought a gift card there in December 2015 and gave it to my wife as a Christmas gift to get her hair done there. She made an appointment for May 12th since we had a crucial social engagement for May 14th. The stylist she spoke with FORGOT to enter the appointment into the computer. When my wife arrived for her appointment the stylist had taken the day off and my wife could not get her hair done. As a last resort, my wife had her daughter do a Clairol treatment since we could find nobody else to do it professionally on short notice. It was a disaster! She ended up going to our event with gray patches still visible. We are infuriated by the lack of profesionalism and incompetence at Hello Gorgeous. The owners (Priscilla and Bill) are seldom there. The staff claims giving refunds is allowed only by the owners, and since they are never in...we can never get our money back. Should anyone be looking for a salon in the Shreveport/Bossier area...we highly recommend they look elsewhere.
