I would give them less than a 1. Horrible customer service. Make sure you buy and pay for all of your supplies. I am getting phone calls from suppliers because Jeff never paid his bills. He used generic knockoff products for everything he put in my house. The job was never completed. It took 3 months to do a 2 week job which was left incomplete. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Less than 1 month of installation, repairs are having to be made.
