I've eaten at several Margaritaville resturants, the service at this location was so horrible I had to walk out after an hour.

This is the ONLY casino me and my husband have went to in bossier and we've really loved the casino we go 2/3 times a week sometimes more after 3 months we finally got comp rooms but once I called to book today they were so rude one lady actually hung up on my husband while he was asking a question! They are only valid for 10 days so I have 4 rooms I have to use in 10 days and I can only use them sun-Thursday and they have to be consecutive in 2 nights but the coupon rooms are ALWAYS booked but the paying rooms are not! Needless to say after spending 10k+ at this casino the hotel part has now made it to where I will never step foot in this casino again
