I would rather give them zero star. Don't do business with their service department. They will totally ripped you off. Very shady workers. They called and gave me the wrong information. They told me they already fixed the problem for $400 but they needed more time to do more detailed. Long story short they didn't fix anything. I spend $400 just to get it parked overnight and get it washed by them, $5 car wash do way better job than them.

Audi Service department is filed with unprofessional uneducated individuals with no tact or discernment on how to treat customers that have worked hard for their money. A greater concern for a person that needs a car on an everyday basis should be a simple and innate courtesy. They don't have it anc don't care because they are the only dealership in the area. Wouldn't buy a car from them, you will end up taking it to Dallas for service eventually.

Thanks so much for making my experience a good one. I also appreciate Barbara and Gary for working extra hard.
