I went to get a manicure and after waiting over 30 minutes in an empty store was finally seen. I was treated like an inconvenience and the guy was just a plain jerk. He messed up twice and blamed me. He cut my natural nails when I asked him not to and he did it before I could stop him. I got a gel manicure that is suppose to last 2 weeks and it was messed up before I made it to the car. It is covered in bubbles it is chipped in two places very noticeable and on my thumb there is an actually piece of dirt he painted over. They are ridiculously priced and have NO customer skills at all. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I arrived at nail works on a busy friday afternoon for a full set manicure. After signing in and waiting near 20 minutes for a technician to become available, another customer arrived, who was obviously a regular. When one technician was finished she waved the other lady to sit down. I stood up and made it clear I was there a long time before her. The technician then told me to "sit down" and "I would be next." As I proceeded to leave the business she looked at sign in sheet and then crossed my name out and said "oh well, she not skipping you." I was livid and wasted a good 30 minutes and th8s place with nothing to show for it. Save your time... Go somewhere that respects new customers.
