These apts are infested with roaches! I moved in a month ago and there is a big problem with cockroaches! The office has a bug spray there that you can pick up but it doesn't work. They are too cheap to have the apts professionally sprayed monthly. I have section 8 and I am being forced to live here for a year! If I move out on my own I will lose my section 8. Nobody should be forced to live like this. They also never come to fix anything. All they do in the office is stand outside and smoke. There is also no accommodation for the disabled like me. They have only four small dumpsters for the whole complex and if you live far from then you're screwed. I was told by one of the ladies in the office to have someone drive my trash to the dumpster! Who does that? It's crazy... So, if you like living in a dump with roaches, this is the place for you! These apts need to be condemned by the city! I will be calling them!
