I was lied to about the price. Rude smart ass people that work there. He s name is TJ . Everyone else that works ther is very nice and helpful

My son an daughter both get glasses from Payless Optical an they are pleased every time, every year.

I was lied to about the price I had to pay for my glasses, with my insurance replacements are free once a year, contacted my insurance company that contacted them and they was very rude and it took them a full 15 days for me to get my glasses after the lady talked to me so badly it took god for me not curse her out! I never been that disrespected in my life! Then her daughter added to the situation days after and she wasn't even there but I recorded the whole thing.

Great selection, fast service, and friendly staff. Can't beat the price either. Always good with my kids. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Been going for years, the mom and daughter team is awesome, friendly, love their frames.will continue to go there,because they have the best frames, and you have a variety to choose from.

I've been going here for 6 years for both of my daughters' eye wear. I love the ladies that run this store ! They are awesome and do a fantastic job! They always smile and communicate with my kiddos and are very personable . Never had an issue with them being mean or unfriendly to my kids as one of the other reviews stated. Maybe her kids were running around like brats LOL

Not a kid friendly place! The older lady with all th Mr. T bling is rude and is ugly to kids! Will not be going back!!!
