Yesterday I had the pleasure to meet GiGi upon arrival at the business. My mother has pulmonary fibrosis and can no longer draw the oxygen on her portable tank, which leaves her exhausted, and not mentally sharp. GiGi explained to me that we could go to larger tank and get continuous flow. She even got a gauge out to show me where to put the setting. Because we are going on a six hour trip to my house and back, this put so much relief on my mind that my mom would not arrive weak, exhausted and confused. And she explained that they are nation wide if we have any problems with our equipment. My mom has been on oxygen for two years and this information has put me to ease as her caregiver and daughter. Thank you GiGi, sharing your knowledge has been an eye opener.
