Absolutely furious. Ordered my food and receipt shows it was rung up correctly. I get home and my subs are ENTIRELY incorrect and one is ICE COLD. I live a mere 5 mins from this location. That’s not a long drive to equate to such a cold temperature for my sub. I called the store and was told I could get them remade and refunded. Didn’t need to bring my receipt or nasty sandwiches back. When I arrive they tell me they can’t refund without the old sandwiches but they could remake them. THEN they tell me they can’t do anything for me at all without the old sandwiches and mind you the manager wasn’t even there!!! The employee was relaying messages to the manager by phone!! Had to make an extra trip for nothing and eat toaster strudel for supper because people can’t do their jobs correctly and won’t correct the situation professionally. I’ll be calling corporate in the morning and reporting the manager and employees. Got everyone’s name written down my receipt. We will NEVER return to this subway again. Airline from now on.
