I've been coming to them for 3 years and they never miss a beat. Always attentive, fast, and efficient. All of the clients that I encounter while there are just as happy as I am. If a glass of wine is needed to help end the day while you get your nails, feet, massage, eyebrows done. It there... your missing out on Superior service in Bossier city

The two guys in here are perfect gentleman. They never are rude quick with a smile and bend over backwards to do whatever you ask. Superior nails do a superior job

I went in at the beginning of April to get my nails done at superior spa in bossier city on barksdale and a guy that wears hollister shirts was rude as soon as he walked in. Everyone else welcomed my ma and I with excited greetings! I asked a man at the front desk if they could do point nails and i showed him a picture of an example. The guy in the hollister shirt was going to do a full set for me. I asked him if he could do them for me, he immediately told me "oh I don't do stilleto " very blunt and rude. I sat there for a second wondering what could he do if he works in a nail salon that's suppose to be at the top of all salons. He gave me a full set so I allowed them to dry for half an hour. After I left and went home, my polish started to clump up because of the coats he put on and I had to fix them myself. I thought hmm, maybe he's having a bad day, even though I should have gone back and asked for them to fix them. My ma and I finally went back to them on may 11 for refills. The same guy that wears hollister was there and once again rude. I had went to another salon for the point nails I wanted , all I wanted him to do is sharpen them a bit. As we patiently waited, he demanded "which one of you need a refill, come on !" In an arrogant tone. He was rude when I asked if he could sharpen them so I said okay just do what you can do. When his girlfriend showed up, he went to the back and we complained to the other workers, they listened to out situation and seemed as if they would have a talk with him. The joyful worker that works at the front desk said he did not want their reputation to be ruined. The rest of the staff are great, the guy that wears hollister is only bringing them down with his rude manners. We only return if we are desperate to have our nails done because they are the closest nail salon near our residence.
