I bought a Fitbit from them earlier this month on the 5th and I live in Bastrop and I called two weeks later to let them know that it didn't work they told me I could not bring it back all because they have a 48 hour policy for all returns to come back very rude and nasty people

I am very disappointed today I came in and brought a PlayStation 3 I ask did it work the lady said yes. So when I got home the PlayStation didn't even work.

My son bought brand new speakers and an amp (still in the box) on yesterday, 5/13/2015. The amp does not work. He brought it back the same day and was told he could pay another $50 and they will send it in to the manufacturer or he could send it himself. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. He bought it brand new!!! I called today and talked to the store manager Joe and he done nothing. I asked for a district manager and he said he would have her call me. She called about 10 minutes later and said her name was Nancy. She was VERY RUDE and would do nothing and kept cutting me off when I was trying to tell her what was going on, and then she HUNG UP IN MY FACE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! How would a major business like that, put someone in charge of a major customer service issue? I have another call in but I am extremely disappointed in the way the product is defective, the way the store chooses to handle the situation, and the district manager Nancy. Also, my son was told to sign here, here, and here. (nothing explained to him) But like I told him, he should not have signed anything without knowing everything, but that is no excuse for their behavior.

I'm disappointed

I purchased a home receiver on 1-21-15 it was new in the box, the sales clerk eric was very nice and knew the info I needed. They were getting ready to close and some loud mouth is yelling from behind the desk "we closing" and "store close in 5 min" so yeah I was rushed. I paid with my debit card I get the amp home It dont work. I go back to return the amp, all ASHLEY would do is give me store credit-yes I had all my receipt and paperwork. She gives me Store credit on what looks like an old used gift card and NONE of their locations have anything even simular to a home receiver. Now I still dont have an amp they dont even have one I can purchase. And my money is on their gift card. I am behond angry. I feel tricked, and I dont have amp or the money to go get one someplace else.

Incompetent, Rude, Unprofessional, Etc..

A young girl I know recently was ripped off when she purchased some silver. She had no criminal record in regards to theft or fraud. She thought this silver was real because she also tried to sell it to her mother who has suffered from two strokes and she's not that type of person.. She went to this pawnshop and the silver was looked at by what was supposed to be an expert.. And they bought it, it turned out to be fake so the owner filed felony fraud charges on her.. A relative called to offer the $6500 back and the owner was spiteful, aggressive, unprofessional, and did not want the $6500... They act as experts when it suits them, make a living off of taking advantage of desperate people, then cry victim because of there lack of competency on a deal that didn't work out for them..
