I moved into an apartment that already had bugs in it. I sprayed every month I put out traps and the landlord sprayed several times. I kept a clean apartment they even checked it every month with the excuse of fire maintence. and now that ive moved they are charging me for fumigation again. now that I'm in another state and cant fight them. they are charging me 350 extra dollars when I asked them if everything is ok before I left. be careful of these crooks if u don't want your rental history messed up I only found out because I called to make sure everything is alright.. please don't rent from here. I also got my thing stolen and they did nothing about it considering it was another renter who broke into my house. when I tried to get this fixed the manger said I never said anything about bugs when I mentioned every time they did there inspections and truthfully they could see themselves I was having problems... this place is just awful....
