I would not recommend anyone moving here. First off you have homeowner association fees yet nothing gets fixed. They nickel and dime everything yet fix nothing. We are suppose to have pest control service then they stopped that. I could go o not and on. They continue to collect there fees and if you don't pay it they tell you they will cut your water off if you don't pay. Yet you have been asking for 3 years now to get stuff fixed and till today nothing has been fixed. This place is a joke. I would not tell my worst enemy to move here. They need to cancel the homeowner association so we don't get screwed around. Everything you mention something about what needs to be fixed they tell you the last people that ran the homeowner association was embezzling money. Well that is not our problem. Yet they talk about putting a gate up front which means money yet can't even fix the stuff that needs attention. Do not move here.
