I only give this 1 star because i do not believe the rating will allow me to pick 0 . my girlfriend and i had an appt with britt. We talked about

what we wanted and britt asked for deposits for both my girlfriend and I. no problem i paid $500 for mine and $100 for my girlfriends. Mine would be more elorborate and would take time to sketch, i had no problem with this, 3 weeks was an approx deadline given to finish sketch. Long story short that was july of 2014 and this is Feb of 2015. i spoke to britt about a refund since i had never seen the sketch and she agreed that she would refund $300 of my $500 . Still no responses from britt to my emails and still have no refund or agreement to pay me back i had planned to spend $2000 on a sleeve tattoo. my girlfriend was happy with hers i just wanted this tattoo. i was happy and excited for britt to do this from the beginning but now i just have a bad taste in my mouth and out $500 with nothing to show for it ..
