I went today to get some color added to my car. I called first and talked to a girl named Crystal. I didn't get off work til they were almost closing and she told me she would have Justin wait for me. I went and he did my work and they were both awesome. Will recommend to anyone. Great customer service and quality of work was just as awesome.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Took our company van for lettering. Unbeknownst to us, one of the owners took this as a "side job" & apparently the other partner didn't appreciate that. One of the decals is scratched as if someone keyed it, the phone number is on top of the door handle & coming loose, phone # is crooked but worst of all us the fact that they pressure washed it and now we have spots where the paint has come off. Noone bothered to let us know and I can't get a reply from the crook who took the job. I have a hand -written receipt from an owner but am not able to get anything official for tax purposes. Biggest joke in town and I can see why they don't have a website to leave reviews. Will tell anyone who asks about their crappy service and next step is the BBB. Plain and simple they screw people out of their money and have no morals or work ethics whatsoever.

Probably the most unprofessional people I have ever worked with. They told me a week for expected turn around time for a wrap and powdercoating several items (I was on a tight schedule for filming) and ended up having it for a month and a half without doing ANYTHING to it but paint the wheels the wrong color. I was cursed out by the owner several times and hung up on constantly when I asked for updates on the project (never once did I raise my voice to them or treat them with disrespect). I'm now out $600 for wheels that have to be repainted, and another $300 for the molding they destroyed on my car. They also lied to and mislead me several times- I took off work to pick up painted wheels they told me would be done so I could get them tired. After hours of waiting, I called and it turns out they did not even remove the wheels let alone paint them (again, I was cursed out for asking progress on the vehicle). When I picked the car up I discovered that there were nuts missing and loose on my wheels as well which could have been extremely dangerous. I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.
