Mark and his entire team at Abacus Builders did an outstanding job on our new 4-Season Room addition and the conversion of our living room into a spacious dining area. This is our second project with Abacus Builders, and once again, they have exceeded our expectations. From the impeccable design by their architect and interior design professionals to the efficient project management and skilled construction team, Abacus Builders has proven to be a team of talented and knowledgeable individuals. We are extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend Abacus Builders.

Abacus Builders designed and built our full gut kitchen remodel, and they did an amazing job. Since this was a special project for us, we wanted only the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, and Abacus definitely delivered. The project manager, Gerald, was always available to address any questions or requests we had, and he was incredibly helpful. He provided detailed explanations of each step of the process and even anticipated our concerns. The team consisted of skilled carpenters, electricians, and builders, and they all did an outstanding job. In summary, we are completely satisfied with Abacus Builders and eagerly look forward to hiring them for our next project.

We hired Abacus Builders to remodel our kitchen and guest bathroom. Gerald and his team were professional, attentive, diligent, thorough, and always aimed to exceed our expectations. They treated our home with respect and made sure to clean up before leaving each day. They completed the project within the agreed timeline and budget. Our newly renovated kitchen and bathroom look stunning. We wholeheartedly recommend Abacus Builders to anyone in need of bathroom and kitchen remodeling. These guys are amazing. They recently built an additional room in our house and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. They were extremely meticulous, kept everything clean, and their pricing was very fair. We are so impressed with their work that we have already scheduled another project with them in the near future.

About 3 years ago we first engaged with mark and his team at Abacus Builders to help us design and get permits for a 3-family building we wanted to build on a vacant lot in South Boston. We chose Abacus because they are not just General contractors, but also property developers too. This separated them from all GCs we were vetting at the time.

Marks’ experience and guidance in bringing us through the design and zoning process were invaluable. The design team he assembled for us was great. Once the permits were all approved, which took a little over a year, Mark's team led by Gerald and Lua ran the project from start to completion. While Catrina and Marisol ran the design/admin in the background.

We could not be happier with the final results. We would highly recommend Abacus for any future construction projects. Abacus carpenters and laborers were absolute gentlemen too and knew how to keep the job clean and neighbors' concerns always addressed.
