If you're fair and honest with them, they're more than fair and honest with you. Bring your vehicle there once and it'll be better than new when they're finished with it. As a bonus, there's a Dunkin Donuts right up the street. Grab a coffee on your way, hang out, and watch the mechanics work there magic. They've been in busines longer than I've been alive so... what more can I say? They're THE BEST!
