Arche shoes are wonderful and last forever. Their Newbury Street store is quite small and as usual with small boutiques, cannot store much inventory there, so they run out of my size on occasion. I hope they never leave Newbury Street and would prefer to support our local merchants than buy online.

yesterday I visited the store It took so long for the saleswoman to come out of the back and when she did she told me she didn't have the shoes I wanted, didn't offer any other suggestion etc.. She just wanted to get rid of me and was without a doubt the worst salesperson I have encountered in along time, I love the shoes dislike your help salesperson

I am a new customer to Arche on Newbury street and i had the most pleasant experience with an associate named Erin she was very helpful, friendly, and knew what she was doing. she explained how the shoe should fit and when it was not a good fit did not push it. i will go back to shop there again.
