blu has an odd location, in that it is hidden on the fourth floor, behind a cafe; once you finally find it, though, you're sure to enjoy the view and the food. The crispy duck wings are a highlight on the "Tastes" portion of the menu, which is oddly separated from the "Appetizers" portion, even though they're basically the same thing. Perhaps "Tastes" are more finger-food-like, in case you're there for the bar (which can get quite crowded). Portions are on the small side, so a taste / appetizer / entree / dessert really fits the bill.
