Please use another florist. I was very disappointed that my daughter's birthday flowers were already turning brown upon delivery. The free delivery wasn't free.

This was the worst experience ever! First I picked an arrangement from their site, they called me 2 days before birthday of my friend and said that this arrangement was not available. Then I ordered a dozen roses. We talked about delivery and I asked to deliver in the morning and the guy said that it was impossible to deliver in the morning and they will deliver in the afternoon. I said OK. And they delivered a day earlier!!! When I called the store a girl said that they didn't do deliveries on the day I requested. Why noone told me about it?! I would order through another company. She said someone would call me back. They didn't and I called the next day and they took my info again and said manager will call me back, which he did. I wanted a refund as they never told me about anything. The manager raised his voice and said they would go and pick up flowers and then refund. He never said sorry or anything. He never offered an apology or some discount. Instead he called me a f.....g a.. hole!!!! I would never order from this store and advise the others not to go there or order from them!!!

Would Definitely Recommend

The arrangement I got for my best friend's engagement party was absolutely stunning! So many people complimented how vibrant and fresh it was. Very full with great selection and wonderful customer service!

My friends sent me a bouquet after my sister died earlier this month. I was surprised by how small & sad looking it was but didn't want to say anything to them because they had been so thotful. Today I found out they paid $100 - this bouquet wasn't even close - maybe $35. I called in & spoke w/ Nick the owner. Although I presented my concerns in a calm & thotful manner, I received an angry, accusatory attach from Nick, even making excuses that they lose money when flowers ordered through an flower internet. Unbelievably poor customer service - DO NOT REWARD THEM!!!

Best Florist in town

I called in to place an order for my mother. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the arrangement was sent out to my mother promptly. She even called me to thank me for the beautiful flowers! Great flowers and service, I recommend this place to anyone in the market for a beautiful, well priced, arrangement.
