I was extremely disappointed w/ the service I received. The appartment I needed cleaned had been vacant for a little while and recently remodeled so there was no furniture to move or work around, but when the folks who cleaned had left, I still had spider webbing left in the house. They did nothing to the bathroom, where I needed the most work done and nothing had been vacummed. I called the main number to complaint and the person answering the phone was very helpfull, the people came back to "dust" and still the next day I spent about 2 hours finishing up the work they did not. I was not home when they came to clean (a friend of mine was) and don't think it should have made any difference, I did not think anyone needed to point out everything that needed to be done when it was very obvious. A cleaning service should know what folks want when they are hired to CLEAN.
