Unresponsive to customer concerns. Terrible service. I accepted delivery of a chair from Ceva Logistics.
I am writing to bring to your attention a very serious failure of customer service. The delivery personnel were rude, unfriendly, and when I inquired if they could either remove the packing material or help me carry it around to the back of the house, their response was "Your box, your problem." I had been in my new house for two days, it was the day before Thanksgiving, and I was so looking forward to having new furniture in my new home. The rudeness and poor customer service of ther delivery personnel ruined this experience for me. These delivery personnel should be fired before their next stop. I have sent in a complaint to Ceva Home Delivery, the furniture supplier, and I have also called Ceva Home Delivery customer service several times. Customer Service at Ceva Home Delivery has not returned my calls. Any company is only as good as their customer relations, which based on a dozen reviews I've read and my personal experience, does nothing to recommend Ceva.
