Let's begin by saying I pay for a monthly parking pass at a hefty $340. As I approached, they temporarily had it closed with a gate but no attendant for at least 45 mins. I watched 3 different vehicles enter through the "exit". Yikes! One would think this would raise a red flag to the woman in the booth. It didn't. Traffic was snarled with cars waiting to get in. Finally a fellow got out his car, walked up the ramp and spoke to the booth attendant. Finally, she opened up the entrance to a garage that was at most only 75% full. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident. Terrible management!
