The firm s portfolio includes: The Shops at Columbus Circle; Time Warner Center in New York; The Grove in Los Angeles; Downtown Disney in Anaheim, Calif.; The Paramount residential tower in San Francisco; Pacific Place in Seattle; Sansom Common at the University of Pennsylvania; CityPlace downtown redevelopment in West Palm Beach, Fla; and offices for corporations, including State Street Financial, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Putnam Investments and Towers Perrin.
