I have been to Flash's many times and my only complaint would be how inconsistent the attitude and atmosphere are.

I can be there for drinks after work and the bartenders tend to seem bothered that they have to come and ask what you would like to drink or eat, very confusing, isn't that their job? Then another time I went for lunch and had the best waitress (I think she is part owner, so naturally knows how to treat her customers) and it was just a lovely lunch, but it's dicey at best, you just don't know what to expect with the staff. They have good food, I've been disappointed with that, so it's hard to recommend it to others?!?! Although in an upcoming after work gathering, I suggested that we go to Flash's, trust me, I will have my fingers crossed all night!!
