We'll get you pre-qualified for a loan before you start looking for property. We'll tell you in advance what you should put in your offer to purchase that brokers will not; we'll negotiate the contract, make sure that the title is good and clear, recommend a home inspector that will tell you the truth; and get your purchase closed and completed in an intelligent, time sensitive and coordinated manner. No one is going to try to convince you to buy something you don't want or need, or accept a home that was given an inferior home inspection. No one is going to waste your time by showing you thirty, forty or more places to buy in hopes that maybe one would work. Who are we?
