i bought my engagement ring here and was very pleased with the quality and service and will tell friends

Absolutely horrible experience, Went in with a watch that wasn't working and left the same way.. In the process, I was screamed at, and accused of having a bad attitude. It was a complimentary service they were providing me by scotch taping my watch back together, to which I said what you normally charge for your scotch tape work. I came in and had the battery replaced and left. While I was out I noticed it still wasn't working and now the face of the watch is moving all over the place, so I went back. He immediately copped an attitude yelling that he didn't break my watch. I said I wanted to return the battery and he had a fit saying they shouldn't be setting that kind of a precedent, also said the watch needed a battery. I said how do you know? He said because the watch wasn't working and I said it still isn't..etc..etc.. It proceeded to go from bad to worse over a 10.00 battery.. Well, I still have a broken watch and I have no idea wether they broke it or not.
