Arrived 15 minutes before appt time. Waited 1hr15 minutes. Discussed difficulty in past with perms, and assured that new technology would change that. Asked for a tight curl and stylist used large perm rods still not wanting to use smaller ones. Was quoted $195.00 over phone with everything, was charged $345.00 for a perm that fell out within two hours of leaving the salon. Am not happy about the treatment I received nor the outcome of the perm. I would not recommend your salon to anyone. If there was a way to post the pix of the 345 dollar perm I received at your salon I would. Perhaps a large poster in front of the salon!!!
